Let's start with the "Golden Suite" on the first floor of my historic building in the heart of Florence, consisting of two adjacent spacious double rooms, ideal for a couple, a family, or a small group. And then there is the so-called "Terrace Suite", which consists of two bedrooms with wonderful frescoes, high ceilings, and a fabulous rooftop terrace where you can rest and enjoy an outdoor space. It has two small bathrooms and there is the possibility of a third larger bathroom if required. And last but not least there is a suite on this floor called "La Cantante", a beautiful double room with a private bathroom and a view of the neighborhood gardens. It is also available as double room for single use.
The Maison Grand Tour is located on the ground floor and has three large suites that overlook an internal patio. The suites are: "Gli Specchi", "L'Attore" and "La Diva" Suite; the patio is equipped with bistro tables & chairs for each suite and a fountain dating back to the 16th century which makes the atmosphere familiar and peaceful. There are also some beautiful plants and flowers that change according to each season we are in. It is an ideal place to relax, meet other guests, or end the day with a good glass of wine.
Staying in the "Relais & Maison Grand Tour B&B" is like living in another historical era in Florence, cradle of the Renaissance, and if you pay particular attention, the walls come alive and can tell stories and anecdotes distant in time. Open your heart and let your imagination run wild during your holidays in Italy!

I live in the house myself which makes it easy for you to meet and ask me for tips regarding restaurants, museums, hiking tours, wine tastings, and sights. I know Florence very well and I am happy to help you to have the best experience in Florence as possible. I can tell you stories about hidden art treasures, the most beautiful churches in Florence, romantic walks across the Ponte Vecchio or along the river as well as many other treasures within this unique city.
I originally come from Germany and I lived with my family for three decades in the USA. When I was a teenager, my parents and I spent our vacations in Tuscany over many years – every Easter, Pentecost, and summer holidays we were here and got to know and love the country, the people, the art, the food, the sun, and the sea. In acquiring this B&B in which I welcome you as my guests, a lifelong dream came true and I only wish to make your stay in Florence as unforgettable as possible.
