Our minimum stay on the online booking service is 2 nights. If you want to book 1 night please send us a request through the Contact form.

We assure you that our service procedures include stringent cleaning and safety practices to support the health and wellness of our guests.Our promise is to include anti-microbial spray treatments and disinfectants in our thorough cleaning process when getting our suites ready for each new guest.  You will find small hand sanitizer bottles in the suites for you to take along on your day of exploring, as well as access to hand sanitizer throughout the building. In your bathroom, will be soap dispensers with antibacterial soap by the sink and a shampoo and shower gel combo in the showers. Each suite has ample interior space and we have only a few shared spaces like the entry to our building and the guest patio.  The entry area of each suite is spacious so there will be no problem with social distancing if guests happen to pass by. Your safety and comfort are of great interest and still we do not want to lose the Home-away-from-Home feeling that has been noted by many prior guests.

Credit cards are required to guarantee the booking during the reservation process. We accept Cash, Visa, MC, AX & others.  Please see our cancellation policy at the end of this page.

Internet use, bed linen, towels, A/C & Heating, VAT tax. All the accomodations have a simple breakfast set with tea and coffee making facilities and a minifridge that you can use free of charge. The B&B option includes breakfast at the nearby Café. If you choose the “Room Only” rate, the breakfast that is included is the in-room breakfast facilities set.

Baby Crib: euro 15.00 per stay if sheets are necessary (available for all rooms). Breakfast is not included in the “room only” option. 

Check-In is preferred from 14.00 hr to 20.00 hr (1pm to 8pm). And please alert the property of your arrival time, if you will arrive in Florence later than 20:00hr (8pm). Kindly contact the property a couple of days in advance. Arrivals from 21 hr to 23 hr (9.30pm to 11.00pm) are subject to an extra-charge. No arrivals are possible late at night. Rooms must be available not later than 10.30/11:00 am. Your luggage can easily be held in a safe place if you want to leave Florence later in the day. We provide that storage service free of charge. 

Your credit card will be processed by the bank in case of a non-respect of our cancellation policy. Cancellations up to 14/7 days before, incur a 30% charge. Cancelations between 7 and 3 days before, incur a 50% charge. Cancellations between 2-3 days from arrival date – 70% of the stay will be charged; Cancellations 24 hours before arrival date/check-in -100% of the stay will be charged.

Can be stored at the B&B in case of early check-in or late check-out.

If you choose the B&B rate, you will receive a voucher to have breakfast at the Nabucco Café located at the corner. This is a very friendly place, where you can enjoy your breakfast (without extra cover charge) and includes the following in the ticket: 1 croissant, 1 sandwich, a hot beverage (cappuccino or tea, or chocolate, milk, etc.), and orange juice and water. You can ask for something more or different and then pay the extra at the Café. The staff is a delight and makes sure your visit is very pleasant. The Caffe is located 2 min. from us and has Indoor as well as Outdoor seating.

Assistance to reserve museum tickets, restaurants, tours, and operas. Any available information on local events. Assistance to reserve a taxi. Printing documents for you if so needed. Help with Medical-related assistance by a doctor/pharmacy.

Discovery of small farms, local produce, organic food tastings can be organized together with the owners who are in contact with various operators, like the De Gustibus Network and others, which are great also for hot-air balloon tours, vespa-scooters, and itineraries for the use of horses…we have relations with various tour operators that we can recommend.
